 Welcome to the Home Page of the South Hampton Police Department. The Department is striving to keep pace with the technological advances of our time in order to provide the best service we can to the community.

Community Policing is a partnership between the Townspeople of South Hampton and Its Police Department. The internet is another tool in which we can understand and address the needs of the public. We welcome any input that citizens have concerning the Town or the Department.

The Library and Police Association have purchased house numbering kits which will be available to residents for a donation of $10.00. The reflective plates will be 6" x 9" and can be obtained either at the Library or by contacting the Police Department. These signs will greatly enhance the ability of public safety personnel to find an address in an emergency where every minute counts. 

The Police Association will have car decals available for residents. The cost of the decal is $5.00; this contribution will offset the cost of the decals and go towards much needed equipment for the Department. We  have the decals available at the Police Station, the Town Clerk and the library. Thank you.
